Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 10 oz package of marshmallows
  • 5 cups rice cereal

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a 3-quart pot on the stovetop on low heat.
  • Add vanilla extract, and it will start to bubble.
  • Add marshmallows and stir constantly until marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and add rice cereal. Stir and start to add M&Ms, and continue to stir until all are mixed together.
  • Add mixture to a sprayed 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan. Pat the mixture down in the pan. (tip: spray the back of the spoon so the mixture doesn’t stick to the spoon)
  • Sprinkle additional M&M on top if desired. Pat them down into the marshmallow mixture.
  • Cool for 30 minutes (you can put it in the refrigerator for 10minutes) until firm.
  • Cut into 16 squares once firm and enjoy!
