Waffle Pops

These delightful waffle lollipops are not only visually appealing but also make a sweet treat perfect for any season or celebration. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

For the Waffle Batter

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons milk 9more if needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring For decoration

For the Chocolate Dip

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Other

  • Lollipopsticks or stiff skewers
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Waffle Batter

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the egg, almondmilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dryingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Divide the batter into separate bowls basedon the number of colors you want to make. Add a few drops of food coloring toeach bowl and mix until the desired color is achieved.

Cook the Waffles

  • Preheat your waffle maker according to itsinstructions.
  • Lightly grease the waffle maker ifnecessary.
  • For each waffle, pour a small amount ofbatter onto the hot waffle maker.
  • Close the waffle maker and cook untilgolden brown (about 3-5 minutes, depending on your maker). Insert a stick whilethe batter is not fully cooked to ensure it is solid.

Make the Glaze

  • In a bowl, mix together the powdered sugarand milk. Adjust the milk for your desired consistency.
  • - Divide the glaze into two small bowls.Add pink food coloring to one, and leave the other one plain.

Prepare the Chocolate Dip

  • Ina microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips.
  • Microwavein 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until you have a smooth mixture.

Assemble the Waffles

  • Dip the top of each waffle lollipop intothe chocolate dip, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Immediately drizzle or dip in the coloredglaze, and top with sprinkles if desired. Use a spoon to drizzle pink and whiteglaze onto the waffles, have fun and create different designs!

Serve

  • Arrange the waffle lollipops upright in acontainer or on a platter for a decorative presentation. Enjoy your colorfuland delicious spring treat!
