Smoked Salmon Bagels
Creamy, savory, and fresh—this Smoked Salmon Bagel is layered with veggies, herbs, and capers for the ultimate quick brunch or lunch. Ready in just 5 minutes!
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 bagels your choice of flavor
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- black pepper freshly ground, to taste
Prepare the Bagels: Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
Spread Cream Cheese: Spread a generous 2 oz of cream cheese on each half of the bagels.
Layer Smoked Salmon: Divide the smoked salmon evenly and place it on the bottom half of each bagel.
Add Vegetables: Divide the thinly sliced red onion, tomato slices, and cucumber slices evenly between the two bagels.
