potatoes
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder

white vinegar

mayonnaise
2-3
tablespoons
milk
Instructions
Bring potatoes with skin on to a boil and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until done (fork goes in easy), cool completely.
When cooled, peel potatoes then cut into slices or chicks, whatever you perfer.
Add white vongar to the potatoes and let stand for 15 minutes.
Season potatoes with onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together mayonnaise and milk until combined then pour into potatoes and combine. Do not over mix as potatoes are soft and will turn to mush.
Put in airtight container and refrigerator until served.
