Potato Salad

This easy potato salad recipe is full of creamy goodness and tangy flavor. A perfect make-ahead side dish for any gathering!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions
 

  • Bring potatoes with skin on to a boil and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until done (fork goes in easy), cool completely.
  • When cooled, peel potatoes then cut into slices or chicks, whatever you perfer.
  • Add white vongar to the potatoes and let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Season potatoes with onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix together mayonnaise and milk until combined then pour into potatoes and combine. Do not over mix as potatoes are soft and will turn to mush.
  • Put in airtight container and refrigerator until served.
