Donut Apples with Peanut Butter
These fun and healthy donut apples are topped with creamy peanut butter and your favorite sweet or fruity toppings—perfect for snacks, parties, or kid-friendly treats.

- 4 Apples
- 1 1/3 cups Peanut Butter
- roasted coconut, white chocolate, dark chocolate, blueberries, strawberries and sprinkles Sugested Toppings
Wash the apples
Slice the apples into 1/2 inch slices, discarding the top and bottom slices.
Remove the center of the apples wth a small buisut or cookie cutert or use a mellon baller.
Spread the peanut butter on each apple
Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the apples and dizzle with chocolate, if desired
- These are best served immediately.
- You can pre-slice the apples in advance. Use lemon juice on the surface of the apples to prevent browning. Before decorating, pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Any apple will work. I used Honeycrisp and Granny Smith apples.
