  • 1 lb chop meat

  • 1/2 cup grating cheese
  • 1 lb ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb mozeralla shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Spray with cooking spray and 14 x 9 baking sheet
  • Cook cheap meat until brown. Drain all grease from meat. Add pasta sauce to chop meat. Add onion powder and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  • Spread pasta dough on baking sheet to cover the entire sheet. Add chop meat mixture and spread all over dough
  • In a bowl mix together ricotta and beaten egg. Add the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning to the mixture. Add a few handfuls of mozzeralla and combine with ricotta mixture
